Refund reference policy, I used to order food from zomato and I pay from my debit card

I used to order food from zomato and I pay from my debit card but several times they cancel my order and send me a message that we have refund your money but actually no money has been credited to my account and when the provide the return reference no. I try to contact bank but bank refer to zomato food service. I don't know from where will I get my money back
