Dear Sir,

This is to inform you, that last 2 months , we have been absorbing your branch, that your staffs are not giving changes, they insist to buy extra , for that amount, or else they always cancel the order, also they are rude , with customer not assisting , what we require, if thinks go bad, we will escalate the problem, with our local MLA.

Please take the action , ASAP.
