Jai Ambe Enterprises Overcharged Rs 102 for purchase of new Reliance Jio sim

I purchased new Reliance Jio prepaid Sim on May 23rd, 2019 from Jai Ambe enterprises. I took 3 months pack worth Rs 399 and Jio prime mebership worth Rs 99. Although total comes out to be Rs 498 the shopkeeper charged me Rs 498 for the same citing that additional 102 is their service charge for retail customers for new SIM purchase.

When I later checked with Jio customer care they said that the sim is free and there is no service charges for purchase of new sim.

I said the same top the shopkeeper to which he started abusing me and threatened me.

I request you to initiate a formal complaint against this shopkeeper Mr Jetmal Singh and help me get my overcharged amount of Rs 102 refunded.
