I LIVES IN GAUR GREEN AVENUE APARTMENT, INDIRAPURAM, GHAZIABAD, U.P. THERE ARE THREE MORE FLATS ABOVE MY FLAT. THERE ARE TOTAL 450 FLATS IN SOCIETY WHICH RUNS BY RWA AND THEY PROVIDE ALL UTILITY SERVICES OF SOCIETY THREW A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE TEAM.I HAVE BASEMENT IN FLAT. I AM FACING WATER LOGGING PROBLEM IN BASEMENT DUE TO GT LEAKAGE. AS PER GDA(GHAZIABAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY) THAT ALL SERVICES WITH IN SOCIETY COMPLEX WILL PROVIDE BY RWA ONLY. AFTER SO MANY TIMES REPEATEDLY COMPLAINT IN MAINTENANCE OFFICE, THEY DID TEMPORARY SOLUTIONS TO STOP LEAKAGE OF SEVER WATER IN BASEMENT BUT NOT DID PERMANENT SOLUTION.THEY ALWAYS TOLD THAT THIS PROBLEM IS DUE TO POOR CONSTRUCTION BY BUILDER AND BED SERVICES BY GHAZIABAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. NOW I AM MENTALLY DISTURBED DUE TO THESE DAY TO DAY PROBLEMS. PLEASE HELP ME AND SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO.
