Bank online complain for atm not issue by bank

Sir i have an salary account on kgsg bank at zamania railway station branch since from feb but the atm card is not issue by bank till now , i am in up govt service and working at gazipur away from 30 km my bank where accounts is open and coming regularly to withdraw amount by branch and faces many problem.
