I have purchased 2shirts and 1 tracksuit top from Dcot store Jagadhari Yamunanagar.
I got Large size tracksuit top now I want to Medium size. Store owner refused to exchange free of cost asking for 15% extra money. No clear cut sharing about their no refund and no free of cost exchange policy.
If such policy exists then it's very unfair practices for the consumer who purchase for their family members.
