I had hired an Air Conditioner on rent from Twinkle AC on 2nd June 2019 for INR 9500 (INR 6500 rent + INR3000 security amount). Address: House no: 2364, Near Huda Market, Behind Surya Deep Hospital, Sector 46, Gurgaon.

In their contract, they've mentioned that they're responsible to provide smooth functioning of the AC, but the air conditioner provided by them didn't work on the very 1st day. When I complained about the same, they replaced it with another AC, which again wasn't in working condition as its compressor wasn't working. When I complained 2nd time and asked for the money I paid, they abused, threatened and even refused to give back the money. I was willing to sacrifice INR 2000 just for 2 days service, but they stopped taking my calls.
Since I didn't have any other choice, I had to purchase a new AC and am filing this complaint to get justice. Their contact no are 0124-4653678, 9152370007, 7988813973, 8587883731.
