Non Refund of Money by Jiva Resort, Cherapunji Meghalaya

Jiva Resort, Cherapunji Meghalaya is not returning the money (approx 22,000/-)against the cancellation of our booking in the resort even after 4 months. Despite everything has been mentioned in their website's cancellation policy and as per the same they are supposed to return the money but they are simply not returning the same.
