On this date of 28 June 2022 I bought a Lay's product which I have been doing for many years now. But when I opened I found multiple faulty pieces which has seriously reduced my enjoying of the contents of this brand and of those around me including my friends and family.

This can become a serious issue towards customers if not redressed properly and to make sure there is some weight towards this the Consumer redressal has been done. I would really wish to get some action from the parent company or even Lay's itself to address it and make sure it is not lost.

If this complaint has been seen already please ignore it. As the previous complaint has not been found the website's database from my searches thank you.
