Lay's chips packet providing multiple faulty pieces which goes against how they brand their products

On this date 28 June, 2022 I bought a lays packet of India's Magic Masala flavour alongside a Pepsi drink which shows my consumer views as a loyal customer towards the PepsiCo brand. And to know that I was betrayed by having not one but MULTIPLE inedible pieces black in color which was unheard and had never happened to me or anybody I know.

Is it that in recent days the company does not care about their consumer's well being? I don't know. But what I do know that they care about whom they serve their products and would action so this does not reoccur in the future or if it does stricter action would take place than it would now.

I just wish that some sort of response towards this could be taken in regards to this. The redressal is just so that company could take a firmer stance with an appropriate reasoning.

Please do not let this redressal be unheard or unaddressed.
