I am Pinky ratta consumer no 19523 of indane gas services of dealer deepali gas service located at id gah road,roorkee,uttarakhand..first Of all they dont give cylinder deliveries on time..infact they dont deliver.they give excuses like delivery boy is not there..u come pick up the cylinder frm the station.as being a heart patient nd my husband a cancer patient its not easy for us to go nd grab the cylinders from the gas station..and moreover the rickshaw wala takes 60 for the complete round.and both my children are out of town in pursuance of job nd education..so this cylinder is causing a great trouble to us both and second the dealer ie the main head nd the delivery boys are so rude tht tlking to them smtymes feel ki wats the use of talking to them..they jst give excuses all the time..so i request you to please help us..nd i m waiting for a response from your consumer protection services..thanku....
