Dear Sir,

This is informed you that we had booked our gas on 9th Feb 2015. my booking id is 348433670 and gas delivery date on 15th feb 2015. We did n't get our gas yet. on 16th morning We came to your agency. your employee given me delivery boy name Jitender and his contact no. (8802216949). I called him lot of time. but unfortunately he just faked promised to me.And he given assurance that the gas delivered today but again and again he did not deliver gas yet.

Sir, i request to you take action against on him immediately.
