I have ordered one jacket from club factory online video order No SO192672599. I received delivery of jacket item No 4096186 and invoice No 20/03HRMO132272 on 15 Nov 2019.The size is xxl inspite of our order for xxxl as well as the quality of product is very poor as per price rs 1565 I paid. Now coy is not taking any return/refund action. The Contact Nos of customer care and help line are not in use. Please help us for refund as coy may be fake I think.
