Forcing to take incorrect car registration number/different authority - Capital Hyundai, Sec 63, Noi

Hi Team,

I purchased a Hyundai Grand (i10) car on March 14, 2018 from Captial Hyundai, Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh and facing problems with dealership in issuance of car registration number. They have paid the tax in Noida authoritiy against my car which is of UP 16 and since i'm a resident of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad should get the registration of (UP 14)which is as per my address and i would want to have that number only. Now, dealership is stating that they will not be able to issue the UP14 number as they have paid the tax in UP16 authority. Please suggest a way out. i am ready to file a complaint and go to higher authorities for the negligence behavior of this dealership.
