Damage bulb received in Tata Swach purifier company through online purchase

Hi,

I bought TATA Swach purifier from Tata company through online purchase. They sent me courier in which they had mentioned this product is for sample and not for sale. But I purchased online through Tata Swach website. After 3 months passed away this purifier is no working at all. I had registered complaint for this and after many follow ups then their executive visited to my home and replaced bulb which cost rs.575/- As the product is in warranty it should be free of cost. But he said you had purchased online they don't provide good products. I become shocked that such a reputed company is also involved in damage product and they didn't respond my email. Uptill now they didn't give me bill of rs.575. I want my money back 2999+575 and extra charges for not solving my problem on time.
