Not getting expected service and not refund of money

OneCruise International, Mr. Amol Rajput was the only reachable person till now. Since last 2 months his mobile also switched off and no email responses even after so many reminders. One email got that Mr. Amol had met an accident but later no update. Not sure whether it was fact.

Refund of my last request is pending and also dont want to continue this membership by looking at recent service and lack of customer service awareness to OneCruise management. PLease help me to get contact details to whom i can reach out for help.
