Non replacement of damaged product

Sir,My name is Atul Patil residing in Jalgaon City in Maharashtra .I am a regular customer of tupperware products.Since few months, some of the tupperware container caps are either cracked or  damaged(pilled).As per Company policy when I have approached your local seller/distributor at Jalgaon for exchange of these damaged container caps, they are refusing  to  replace/exchange the same.Kindly help & do the needful for replacement of these damaged  container caps.
