wrong commitment and deducting penalty from customer payment

on dec 15 i ordered micromax used tab through quikr website as per website offer is doorstep delivered and made payment of 1829/rs .on 17/12/ i made call from my collegue contact number for order confirmation 1st time i got commitment of delivery on 18/12 .but 18/12/am not available on delivery address so i again contact doorstep for updating new address i got commitment from another executive delivery date is 24/12 .after that that person wrongly updated my collegue number as my registrered number and without any varification resheduled on 27th number .am the customer quikr team not confirmed with me now i request to cancel the order quikr team deducting 200rs penalty from my payment please help me resolving this issue also help all customers cheating customers through online websites sales
