Dear Sir/Madam,

I have found a wing of a dead insect in a sealed sauce bottle purchased from star bazaar on 7th Sep 2016 and I am sure, rest of the body shall also be inside or in some other bottle. The product is star bazaar's own product.

After discovering the insect, on 14th Sep 2016, I had written to Star Bazaar and till date the management has not offered me any sort of compensation. Only, the branch manager had contacted me to seek the bottle.

Star Bazaar is a joint venture between Tata and Tesco, both of them are reputed brands in India and aboard. If the same incident, was in any Tesco store, UK then probably the whole action would be different, by now either the operations of the store would be temporarily suspended or a heavy compensation would have been offered to the customer.

Unfortunately, in India all the brands take consumers for a ride, which puts their life/health in danger, which is totally unacceptable. 

Sir/madam, it is my humble request to you, to take strict actions against them immediately in your capacity and set an example which should be an deterrent to other brands who follow sub standard manufacturing and packing standards.
