MAHANAGAR GAS LIMITED HAS ISSUED BILL IN THE MONTH OF MAY 2016. IN THIS BILL THEY HAVE INSERTED RS.125 AS FIRST INSTALLMENT OF GAS CONSUMPTION SECURITY DEPOSIT. ABOUT THIS THEY HAVE NOT ISSUED ANY NOTICE. WE ARE NOT AWARE UNDER WHICH AUTHORITY THEY ARE COLLECTING THIS PAYMENT FROM US?
