Hello sir/ma'am
I write this mail regarding my refund,
I made a payment for slimjim merchant on 25th march 2020 through Payumoney gateway, and i initiated for refund on same date 25th March.
On payumoney dashboard showing that refund is successfully done on 6th april 2020, but i didn't get refund money in my account yet. I went to my bank regarding this but my bank told me that they can't help me because money is not refunded in your account yet, they suggest me to connect with payumoney.
But their customer care cut my phone call.
Please look into it, and make it helpful asap.
