I bought lg water purifier on 7/9/2019 from first day of installtion (8/9/2019)it not work properly and pungent smell and bitter taste given by this machine i inform oraly to lg service centre who said after 2 or 3 days it become correct but not happening again i call on 12/9/2019 this time service centre told register your complain i register same day on 13/9/2019 tech. Rajkumar comming and testing the water he satisfy this machine not working properly and inform me i do some thing in 2 or 3days but nothing happening now area manager mr.shrikant call me and say about servicing the machine i deny because single day not working why you do service in my absence forcely they sevicing the machine but problem not solve i many times calling lg customer excutive supervisor mr. Varish and geeta but any body not agree to help me every body passing our time ond area manager mr.shrikant come with three person in my house and force on me give your water i send it noida for testing ten i reply i bought this machine for use not for investigation and my house is not a lab so plz you take this machine any where for investigation as you wise i require machine that working properly but they all are deny and start cheating loudly told me lg apponted me for cheating the costomer like this any how machine not change plz do something better for me
