No response from the company after series of calls and complains.

Consumer Forum Complaint Date: August 21, 2018
I renewed my account on saturday. Since then, I am not able to use internet. I have called thier customer care more than 10 times since then and did whatever shit they had said like remove the lan and plug in again, restart the router etc etc. On thier app also, I raised the complaint request and the engineer assigned for that did not pick the call neither did he call us. And without any assistance it showed that the request has been completed..I mean such nonsense..seriously. Last time also when I renewed my account, exactly the same thing happened and the internet started working after 4 days. The same engineer was assigned that time also and the same thing happend then also. He didn’t respond.I told them that if my internet doesn’t start working within few hours, I am going to take you to the consumer court of India and then we will see. But still there is no response.
By the way thier engineer’s name is Mayur Zunjarao in baner area of Pune.
Further to this, my internet usage is activated on the app and it is showing that the data has been consumed for the last 4 days.
