Please refer to the SMS which I received given below-
Dear SWAPNEEL N BENDE Your Request No. 599626163 for Customer ID 69496056 has been resolved successfully.Thank you.

The above-mentioned complaint is not yet resolved. I had complained for replacement/ swiping of my Old STB and Remote control. The STB was swiped and remote was also given by the service engineer.
He told that we will be able to watch the channels after 1 hour. But after 3-4 days also we are not able to see any channels.
I have lodged another complaint for the same today again at your call center. Please see the below SMS for my today's complaint-
Dear SWAPNEEL N BENDE your Complaint No. 600891267 for Customer ID 69496056t has been registered and will get resolved till Friday, June 22, 2018 05.27 PM
Please see that the complaint as per trailing mail is resolved by tomorrow or else I will be constrained to complain against Videocon D2h in District Consumer Forum Pune and I will claim for compensation for the mental agony and also for not being able to watch any channels for the last 15 days.
