Hello Team,

My name is Amrit Kumar Nayak. I am a owner of the below property and currently is on rent. They use ION network to use internet. Over a few months they are having issues with the internet, requested them to fix our issue with internet but we have not got any response from them till date. We have raised multiple tickets with them but they simply don't help and without verifying with us close the complaint. I am raising this concern so that i can request some legal action against them. We pay regularly and there is no delay on our end. My location is B-204 Wisteriaa housing Society opp. silver spoon restraunt wakad. 411057 Pune Maharashtra.
