Respected sir / madam

My name is Abhijit Vichare and I am a resident of Pune. I have recently ported my 2 mobile numbers from Vodafone to Airtel. After mobile number portability, the airtel executive suggested me a plan of Rs. 899 per month which included my existing two numbers that I ported in from Vodafone to Airtel, one datacard connection and one Airtel Digital TV connection.

On 12th September 2020, the Airtel technician visited my home at 4.00 PM and installed the Airtel Digital TV connection. He informed me that the connection would be activated in half an hour. Today it it 13th September and the Airtel Digital TV connection is still not on. Moreover, I am trying to connect Airtel customer service through their website, however the Airtel website is also inoperative and would not move ahead after reaching a certain point. I am clueless about what to do next. I wish to cancel the connection.
