Hi,
For the last two bookings the gas is not getting delivered at my address. Upon going to the agency they gave told me to go to the godown and collect the gas and return the empty gas cylinder there. The Godown is about 7 kms from my home. It is really hard to understand the issue as they always tell me that the delivery guys are on strike. If we have to do all this stuff then why are they charging serveice charges. I need a reply from you about this issue.
