Non-delivery of Gas Cyclinder

My Gas NO. is 15518, I have booked the cylinder on 23rd March 2015. With out any reason it has been cancelled by the Agency as usual. Again I booked on 4th April 2015. Today it is 10th April and till we have not received the cylinder. It is very pathetic condition of this agency that every month I have to write the complaint and I used to wait for 20-25 days for the delivery of the cylinder.

Kindly look into the matter of the poor supply of sai sewa enterprises.
