I Have booked a ticket from secunderabad to vizianagaram in premium tatkal on 14 april 2015.It showed the fare as 495 while booking after the payment it charged 702rs. so i cancelled unknowingly that premium tatkal cancellation amount is not refundable.please mention while booking that the amount is not refundable and also please give atleast half amount while cancelling
