Money deducted from account but ticket not booked

On 1st April I was trying to book ticket for Kanchankannya Exp.from Sealdah to Alipurduar Jn. I had done all the proses for 4(four) 3A tickets. Accordingly a sum of Rs.3681.18/- deducted from a PNB account but a caption showed that 'transaction failed' and the said amount still unrealised.
