Respected Sir/Mam,
I, Rehman Naushadali Pathan, a responsible citizen of India, from Surat, Gujarat.
I have placed Internet connection from YOU BROADBAND, it has been since 9 days that internet is not working. I have placed complaint with YOU BROADBAND on 12th August but it has neither resolved nor any executive has contacted me.
When I call Customer care, they keep on saying, our executive/agent would contact you as soon as possible.
But, the executive hasn't contacted yet.
I am getting a lot of problem due to which I am not able to attwnd live tuition classes.
So, I kindly request you tonlook upon the matter and take strict action aginst it.
