Complaint against HDFC Phone Banking team and Usage of priority pass

I am a HDFC Bank Customer since 2007. I have used many products from the bank and never been charged for anything unnecessary.

I have priority pass, which I used on demostic airport and for which I have been charged Rs. 4000/- which is huge amount to get charged,

On the website of HDFC bank it is clearly mentioned that with priority pass its free access to airport lounge.

When I connected to Phone Banking team, MS. Misha denied to take my complaint and also denied to help me with charges reversal.

The support from Team was not satisfactory even after using banking services since 2007.

Bank should have mentioned major charge on website while mentioning free access to airport lounge with priority pass. which is not mentioned and misguiding customers like me who is using for first time.

I want charge reversal of the same.
