I booked ticket online from site of gsrtc.in like ** GSRTC m-Ticket** BHAVNAGAR to SURAT CENTRAL BUS STAND PsngrName : Vaghela Nikunj Jitendrabhai TripCode : 2200BVNSRTSLP15 PNRno : G20655204 JnyDate : 12/06/2018 DepTime : 22:00:00Hrs SeatNo(s) : 6 Class : SLEEPER BoardingPt : BHAVNAGAR Password : ku8MHG8Z. Please carry your photo ID during journey. T&C apply.
And bus at that time was in fault and trip was cansel i go through private bus and claim my booking cansel by email as per officers told me from inquiry office but the are failed each time i request please looking for this issue and refund my money from gsrtc
