6 seater dining set delivered without chair leg caps

Dear Sir, I had purchased 6 seater dining set with chairs from Hutaib Furniture Indore on 10/08/2020 by paying full payment. The dealer assured that the product would be sent with full polish and chair leg caps. When the product was finally delivered at my address ( BH-51 Kadambari Nagar, Near Silicon City Rau Dt: Indore Pin: 452012), all the chairs were without chair leg caps. I raised the issue with dealer ( Mr. Huzefa) the next day he promised to sent the person with inventory the very next day. His person came with incorrect chair leg caps and took the base of chair for measurement and purchase from open market. Till date the dealer has not provided with chair base nor he is providing the requisite caps. Every day I am calling him, he assures that he would provide today, this has been happening for last 8 days and is going on indefinitely, there is no commitment of date of delivery, he is giving new excuses everyday. He has got his full payment so he is not bothered but I am not able to use the furniture at all even after paying full amount and the product is wasted.
