Buying Machine For Business Contract

Dear Sir,
I've Purchased Machines At A V Traders Delhi, they told me that they will sign contract and give me raw material and take back complete material in manufacture cost. But after machine purchase, they didn't provide any raw material and don't sign any contract. Sir I Am Facing Total 1.5 lacks lacks loss and also giving interest of that amount because its a loan amount.
Please Sir Take Action Against That Fraud Company And Help Me To Refund My Amount.
