overcharging on fastag

on 5 January 2020, my fastag was overcharged with rupees 347 on amlaha toll plaza near Indore city, M.P. I got message on 9 January 2020 of overcharging then I complained about the issue, they told me that my complaint was registered and wait for 7 days but they didn't register it and after waiting period when I called for status of my complain they said there was no complaint about this issue. then I register my complaint again with complain no. 1382292. and again they said it will be resolved in 7 days instead it didn't happen. now when I call on 1033 they some times say the system is showing no such complaint or it is under observation. i had already shared the screenshot of overcharging with the expert team with date and time but still, they didn't resolve this issue.
also they say there is no message option in their system to know that my complaint is actually registered or not.
I just want my money back as soon as possible.
