Hans travels - Physical toucher of customer, bus from Indore to Gwalior that bus is 1.30 hours late

There was a bus from Indore to Gwalior that bus is 1.30 hours late so the customer gone for the information of the to the manager so that manager start abusing the customer and after some timer the manager start giving slap to that customer . So I request you to please give us fair design of it

    I m traveling from Mumbai to indore today, i was sleeping when my eyes opened to something that a girl would never want to happen in any journey. Rather would not want anywhere. A guy's hand was just above me trying to touch me but as soon as i opened my eyes he ran away back to his seat. I called the cleaner and told him everything, the guy came out and said what happened, i told him if he is not going to accept what he did, i know what to do. Then he started saying i m not saying you are wrong but i was going for bathroom and u must have thought... I clearly told him he was not going anywhere and i saw what he did. He still din't accept it but said sorry and the cleaner took him out. After some time he came back to his seat, when the cleaner came and asked him to get out he din't go and now he is sleeping in an upper seat peacefully whereas i m wide awake from fear that this might happen again and anger that no serious action is taken. I asked the cleaner to get me his id. He tried to ask him but the guy din't give and the cleaner left. I have still not got the Id and i dont know what to do next. There are no camera in the passage to record what he did. M traveling by Hans travels Ac by giving an extra few bugs to travel safe and sound and i have been travling for years now. Bus dropping point is nearer to my house than a train station or an airport, so its convenient for me. But this horrible experience has changed all the meanings for me. I m still sitting on my seat and he is sleeping. hope something is done about this otherwise it will be hard for me to travel next time, not only for me but also for my friends and family.
