POOR SERVIECE ordered from a big basket on 21-Apr-17

I was ordered from a big basket on 21-Apr-17 Invoice no. BINFVO-25797564-200417 (9).There are total 9 Items out which 4 Soan Cake (which is near to expiry around 10 days).
Soan Cakes are on discount around 10 % apart from that shopping of Rs.1000 you get 250 Rs. Cashback.so I purchase another product which was on MRP. But all other products are more cheaper & less price from MRP available on another places & platform.
I called to customer care regarding a product.Customer care associate promises me & told me that return & provide fresh pieces of product.It's not only once single time again & again i.e. 4 times.Regarding for the same issue, I called to customer associate many times & number is not toll-free it's a chargeable & request to customer associate as well mail for this issue in between & after this but they provide me the same product which was near to expiry.
On 27th of April 17, my Sons Marriage was in Indore (If required I provide you Card & PICS). all guests are in my home.Soan Cake was given to my relatives & guests in between of them I called to customer care & requests, please provide fresh soan cake.But they always give me near to expiry product.
All people knows that a product which has near to expiry get easily available in the market at a cost of 50 % or less than that.Even I also wrote that I was disappointed with your poor services & cheap marketing.
Apart from that In between of that, I order 25 no of Biscuit Packets from my big basket wallet.But Bigbasket team provide only 10.Biscuits are also for gifting purpose.
In the whole process, I lost my time, goodwill & money.after that completion of my son's marriage, I mail to Bigbasket team ask regarding a cause of mistake which happened with me.but they didn't reply.
I want to know through you why all such poor & wrong services had been given to me.What is the solution for losing my money, time & Goodwill?
