Refund not issued intentionally by delaying

I have purchased a battery operated baybee car from amazon via
order No : 171-1402849-2178765 on 17/oct/2019 and it was delivered on 23-oct-2019.

But I have received a faulty product and it seems to be an used one so I returned the product on 24th Oct 2019.But amazon was not picking up the product since then and not issuing refund also. I called their customer support several times but they are escaping by saying it will be picked up by next day.
