I had placed an order for a console table. Order number 277202 on 12th August 2016. I have been told (Vineet at 9999132132) that the order is shipping out on 17th August with Professional Logistics and I will receive it by 22nd August, 2016. When I called Professional Logistics on 22nd, they said that there is no booking for Hyderabad with them. After calling several times to Professional logistics, they said that the item (console table) did not ship because their truck carrier had broken down indefinitely- the item is still lying at Jaipur.
I contacted Inkgrid again, and they said they will ship another console table. I will get that by 7th or 8th September at Hyderabad. On 6th September, 2016, I got a SMS from Inkgrid to call them back. As soon as I tried calling them, they stopped picking my calls. I called them more than 100 times on 6th; mailed them 4-5 times, but of no avail.

The person at customer care never picks up calls (Vineet), the person in the email never responds. I wrote to some one by the name "Sneha", and till date never got any reply back from her.

I had called Inkgrid and enquired about the company before placing this order - I was apprehensive of its reputation; I was assured that I will not be cheated. Today I feel I am cheated - this was my first purchase from Inkgrid and last too. I am befooled of my money, but this forgery will not help Inkgrid to grow and succeed.

    I purchased a set of two chairs from www. inkgrid.com run by Bquobe Infosystem Pvt Ltd on 04.05.2017, order ID 278974. I made the payment immediately online by NET banking. But even 20 days after the purchase, there is no confirmation of shipment of the items. There is no response on their helpline 9999132132.I made several calls on the no. But nobody picks up the phone. There is no response to SMS also. There are a flood of similar complaints against the commpany on many online consumer complaint sites and it appears that the company is a fraudulent one.

    I ordered furniture of about 50000 on COD but someone from inkgrid called and requested that I make a prepaid order and promised delivery in 3 days.

    I did so and after repeated delays they had the stuff sent over in 3 MONTHS!! Upon unloading the furniture we found it completely damaged...even legs of the chairs was broken in two. plus its was clear they make fake copies of products they see on other sites. It was totally different color and fabric.

    I refused to accept the delivery upon which it was taken back. Then i started getting threats by someone called Vineet from Inkgrid phone 9999132132. I even received threatening email from them saying they cannot refund my money and using language that I have never listened to before.

    I initiated legal proceedings and visited their so called address in Kirti Nagar Delhi where carpenters confessed how they are asked to make replicas of furniture from photos. They also mentioned that there was no office and no employees and all the people mentioned on the website were imposters working for comission by receiving calls from customers.

    Upon initiating legal action I came to know that the owner Abhinav Srivastav is a wanted criminal for financial fraud in the US and escaped to india to continue his conning.

    Hope this will help someone else from these filthy malicious people.

    Order for Akbar Sofa cum bed was placed on Nitraa Furniture Ltd., Chennai vide No. 5931971 on 26 Sept 2017 for Rs. 19,900/- (online payment made) to their Bank Account. Item was not received. They were keep on telling stories that the item would be sent in 2 days/3 days like that. I was in contact before 2 months with Mr. Ramachandran/ Vijay Reddy (9962111085). Now they are not picking up phone and their customer calls never attended. Even mails are also not replied. I requested thro several emails to refund my money, but no response. Now, the website is stating Under Repair. Dont trust this type of fraudsters.
