Dear sir/madam , I have purchased washing machine 17/01/2012 , hair company , they have given five years warranty on motor but last my washing machine motor have some problem , I am raised the complaint to hair company online executive came and seen and they are saying motor is not working , motor have 5 years warranty but they are asking the purchase bill , I have warranty card but they want bill only . Please solve my problem as early as possible .
