i have made a mobile insurance for damage protection. My mobile was damaged and raised a claim on 10th of April and on 6th of march got a revert stating that its beyond economic repair and told that they will settle the claim in amount ( Rs 15791). When i call them for claim each and every time the call duration will be an hour minimum and their claim processing should be done in 30 days max but its 6 months done and still dint receive a the amount. When i call them they tell me that the unrepaired handset should be delivered to them which i dont have. They insist that i have. i tried to tell them that i dont have that. They are not willing to processes this claim unless the receive that unrepaired handset.
