Refund for cancellation of ticket didnt get

i had booked ticket from irctc from Ghaziabad to mumbai in golden temple On 27 April 2015 with journey date 18 May 2015 PNR - 2204936028 . Another return ticket from mumbai to saharanpur in dehradun express on 28 April 2015 journey date 24 May 2015 PNR - 8135254364
i cancelled both ticket on 1 May 2015 But couldnt got any refund please help me as soon as possible i shall be highly thankful to irctc members thank you
