Dear sir,
This is to brought into your kind notice that we filed TDR on 01-05-2015 for the reason-
one of the three passengers (PNR 2204998778 ) did not under take journey in the train no. 19665,from Gwalior to Jaipur on 01.05.2015. TTE came for checking was informed accordingly who assured that necessary information will be sent and TDR may be filed.
Another TTE Mr. Sharma came at DAUSA Station and asked me whether any lady came on bearth, no 12,(agra to chittore).I told no body came . On my request he checked and told that absence is not marked for bearth no.13. Our bearths were 10, 11, & 13 . YASHIKA was not travelling on bearth no 13.TTE mr.Sharma showed hjs inability to mark absence.
Hence it is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken to refund the amount.
This is the case of neligence towards coustomer, by TTE on duty between Gwalior to Agra .This is also loss to railway department since cocerned TTE allowed 5 passengers sitting nearby to travel up to Agra by taking money and not giving any receipt. one of these passenger was travelling along with the lady passenger at bearth no 09. I requested him to allot bearth 13 to that passenger. Fact may be confimed from passenger travelling on bearth no 9.
Action taken may kindly be intimated at the earliest.
