Online Food was delivered even after advanced payment

Myself Abhijeet Pate has Box8 Desi Meals application installed on my android phone to order food online.
My registered mobile no with Box8 is 9021035313.
I had ordered food on 1st May 2019 between 1:00 - 1:30 pm with an advanced payment of Rs. 320 through Google Pay Service.
Food order was placed around 1:30 pm and it got ready within a couple of minutes. At 1:47 pm, food was dispatched from the restaurant (Picked up by delivery person called"Sooperman"). Expected wait time was around 18 min but even after waiting for an hour I did not get my food at my address mentioned below. Application has shown status that food is delivered then I tried calling Box8 support team but no one answered. I and my wife starved and got cheated by Box8. Finally, I went to a nearby restaurant to have food as we both were suffering from giddiness.

Please take appropriate action against Box8 to prevent any such incidents happening again. I do not have much knowledge about Food Acts we have in India but I trust Consumer Forum.
