non refund of amount after membership cancellation (Customer Id No 2726631)

I had opted for a membership from Club Mahindra on the 23rd October 2016 after paying an advance amount of rs which was towards confirmation. However this was on the written understanding that the entire amount paid would be refunded back if i decided to opt out of the membership within 15 days. Subsequently as i was not convinced to continue with the membership and as per the terms agreed on,i raised a cancellation request on the 24th october 2016 and the entire refund should have happened by the 24th november 2016. However now there is no proper response from the Koramangala Branch in Bangalore of Club mahindra.
I am concerned that the refund might not happen or there might be undue delay and further harassment.
