Phone Bought From Yu Namely Yutopia damaged and no action taken

I had bought a phone by the manufacturer Yu from amazon Order No:171-9123297-4069156 Bought On 23rd December.This Phone Yu Yutopia's Model Number Yu5050.
So the Lens of the rear camera has come out because it wasn't glued properly and also the phone crashes at peak moments where the phone is mainly required also the display screen stops responding and there is no action taken from the customer care of the company and also from the service outlet they don't even pick our phone call
I am fed up of this phone and want a refund to be issued before I take even more strict action against the company.I also lost faith in the campaign started by our honorable PM Narendra Modi that was Make in India.If this is the quality and service provided by our indian manufacturers i think this phone assures me that i will never again buy any product manufactured in Indian by an Indian manufacturer. Please help me out where to go i am also ready to move this case to the court as the manufacturer is unable to do the service and dereliction in duty. Please do the needful at the earliest as this problem I think And Saw is being faced by many buyers of this particular phone.As this is a prestigious issue of our nation MAKE IN INDIA.
