Search results: I am an Ideal customer My mobile no. 8904146158 I am recharged Rs. 98 rupees for 2G internet pack on 2 Apr 2016. They sent confirmation sms (Dear customer, you have successfully recharged Rs. 98. enjoy free 10024 mb data. Kindly note only the current data pack is applicable. Validity till 01.05.2016). But they deduct Rs. 30rupees for 2G internet charges on 29.01.2016. when i contact customer care on 29.04.2016 they are not responding properly.
Please Help me.
