    I have paid a 1200 rs for registering my complaint on my Shikayat.But as per the policy I have ask for refund the amount.But they R not refunding very fraud company.Dont trust it.Plz help me to provide my refund

    the above three organisations are one and the same and cheating many innocent and aged persons like me. my feeling is the persons running the above online trade is purely to make quick money and escape. it is highly predicted that the above unauthorised online trading persons should be either fro nigeria or pakistan who have determined to demoral indians. this is a serious issue not only to indian citizens but great threat to our mother india

    I have purchased letv 1son date 26 may 2016 but after 5 months phone using automatic phone hanging then I am go to service center I have note down problem fill up customer care form my problem is mobile hang, up problem, android problem, , but service center they give me a job sheet no.JS16100700611 my problem properly le service is very bad at that time my phone is only hanging issue & now they ask the phone is broken position but type of service given by the letv.

    Online Text bhi liya tha .Jab call KARTA ho to ye 10000 aur jama Karne ko kahate hai pit call letter dene ki blast large hai.
    Mai bahut paresaan ho kripya meri samasya ka nidaan Karne ki main kast kare.

    Respected Sir/ Madam

    I am Puneet Sharma residing in Gurgaon. My complaint is against my last employer named Perception Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon, Palam Bihar based consulting company owned by Vinod Pandita. As I was hired as a Consultant - Lean Manufacturing in September 2014 on a starting salary of 25k per month but was committed to increase soon within next 2- 3 months and then yearly increments but all these were fake commitments, made by Vinod Pandita, which were never completed, till I worked and finally resigned in his company. Even though he never transferred salary on time, which was always delayed by him with a gap of 2-3 months and always in part payments also.

    Due to his totally unprofessional attitude, finally I resigned through mail in May 2016 onwards. but within the week he requested me to continue the job finally I accepted his request and started to continue but after 15 days I could not continue due to his unprofessional attitude in June 2016.

    At that time my dues (salary & expences) on PMC was approx. Rs. 1,20,000 for which firstly he denied to pay but when I forced him to pay then he agreed to pay in 2 -3 parts. After a lot of my efforts he gave me two PDC cheques of amount 25000 each, in December last 2016. When I asked him to clear all my dues then he requested me for further. Those cheques got cleared in March 2017. Then I again called him for the rest amount but now he clearly refused to pay and said that I have closed my company which got bank curupted so no need to call him in this regard in future.

    Now I request you to give me the justice to get Clear my hard earned money and proper punishment with penalties on company and owner for fake commitments, unprofessional attitude, unethical behavior, as I have my trust in our Indian judicial system.

    He is playing with the life of innocent peoples; he is using narcotics, steroids, sleeping pills, injections and fluids etc. In huge quantity of all these medicines without any company brands or expire date. He gives the lose median of innocent peoples at their clinic and the peasants homes.
    I kindly request you sir, to take the appropriate action against them for saving the life of innocent peoples and do not disclose my name while taking actions against them.
