My Hyve Pryme mobile phone is not working. last two days it got off instantly with no reason. And concern company stopped online and phonetically support for its devices. This mobile has Accidental insurance till December-2017 and warranty till December-2018.
Last year I exchange my Hyve buzz (which purchase on amazon INR 13,499) with Hyve Pryme With giving sum of INR 4,000 additional. Company send me the Hyve Pryme Mobile set. But company did't give me the original bill of Hyve Pryme and take my original purchase bill of Hyve buzz threw currier . Now what can I do?
